Outstanding service! Rafael and others in the shop were very friendly and personable. Ifelt like my car Wasatch in good hands from the moment I walked in. They did an amazing job replacing my car door. They kept me updated on the work and finished much faster than expected. In addition, they took extra care, returning my car in much better shape than I'd left it. Rafael also gave me personalized advice which will make a huge difference for me. I am thrilled with my experience at James Auto Works and give this shop and team my highest recommendation! My car was sideswiped by a commercial truck, and repairs included replacing both doors and mirror on driver's side, fixing scrapes and repainting. Car looks brand new! The owner Rafael and his team are professional and courteous. They communicated clearly, were very accommodating and even dropped off the vehicle at my home. They are trustworthy and gave me confidence throughout the entire process. I would go back any time. And my mom is already making her own appointment.

If you guys are looking for a One-Stop shop this is it. From the owner to the workers to their work. this place is amazing. They listen to everything that you want done to your car to the last detail. I am very pleased with the job they did to my car.
