Had a cross threaded bolt that needed repair. The price was reasonable. The repair was quick. Everyone was very nice. Eric with the glasses was the main person I dealt with. I definitely recommend them. The central location is a big plus. I'd heard good things about this place. They lived up to their good reputation.

The team has excellent manners for each other and for customers. I found this to be true, because I was out back by the garage and I saw this too. A great place to take your car to. Honest, Out going, and true to their customers. Check them out!

I've had both of my cars worked on here. I'm glad to have found this place. The character of the people working there is outstanding. Recently my truck had a persistent electrical problem, and the team got to the bottom of it and made it very affordable for me.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop!!! Kind, caring, and extremely concerned for their customers well being. We live and work in our van, so when it went out of commission we where in a mess with what to do. Not being able to work had us strapped for funds and when I googled shops that finance, James Automotive was at the top. Eric and I talked it over and decided on a Tuesday to look it over. We didn't make it in and when I'd called the next day he cared, he ask if we were OK first! Then he went about business. After rounding up the funds for a tow, the guys got it in almost as soon as they dropped it off the truck. Catalytic converter is out.
