Would give negative stars if possible. Went in for a repair estimate after a gravel truck was spilling all over the BE expressway causing damage to my car. Was talked down to the entire time by the older white guy in there (im guessing he was like the shop manager as he was making the younger guy do everything) and treated me like I was a poor driver causing the damage myself by driving too close without zero knowledge of what happened (when the gravel truck was not even in the same lane I was traveling in) and stating that he guaranteed that the damage was already there (how on earth would you know that if you were not at the scene of the incident?!!). I walked in and told them what car I have which is a 2011 Grand Marquis, I was told that they can't get parts for it and given a threat of paying $125 per day to leave the car with them and shown the door all in under 30 seconds. New body parts are readily available at a variety of places online most of them 2 to 4 days shipping. Salvage items are available as well. I don't like people that lie for some reason you cant trust them?
