James' Import Repair

I was in the middle of a long state to state travel, noticed my radiator had a crack. James was so pleasant and friendly. He took the time to get me back on the road in a timely manner even though he was short staffed and already backed up with customers. He took my needs into consideration right away. Even spent extra time with my crappy warranty company when he didn't need to. I highly recommend James' services. He even has great pricing!!! Just an added plus

Got my husband's 2005 Saturn in on Monday and had it done today ready to pick up! How to do a few minor things like brakes but also had to fix the clutch and the shifter since it's a standard. Should run for another 300,000 miles! Thanks James!!

Gotta say that he took on a big job when others didn't want to. Blown heads on my Tundra. Problems came up after the work. Leaking. Turns out, even though I specifically directed them to put a new water pump on rather than the old one. They didn't. He pointed out what caused the leak at the upper hose but they didn't replace the hoses. When confronted he did come through and put in the parts. No additional labor costs. Still had a leak. Turns out the valve cover gaskets are leaking. Asked him about it today and he questioned if they did the new gaskets. I assume they must be done to change out the heads. I haven't pushed to have him correct it. Life's to short.
