This has got to be the biggest joke of a car dealer of all time. 6000$ my buddies elderly aunt paid for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with an as is warranty. I couldn't be anymore dissatisfied with the Sale. The trucks been wrecked badly before. The engine clatters to the point you can't hear anything other than that. At 55 mph the truck vibrates like an unbalanced washing machine. Brakes roar when you come to a stop. These guys should be ashamed in themselves for getting out on an old lady like this. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone for anything. Bunch of crooks that give used car sales a bad reputation. Smh.

I've been a customer with James & James Auto Exchange since 2004. I have been very pleased with his services and vehicles that I've purchased from him. If he did not have the vehicle on his lot, he has always found the cars that I've wanted. He goes over and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. I will shop here again.

Went here to purchase a car with my son and the price quoted when we first arrived was 13,500. When the decision was finalized and we decided on financing the price went up by $400 to which it was stated that that’s the price of the car online. Mind you, he’d already quoted us the lower price and argues that that’s not what he said. When I took my son to pick up the car, it had paint specks that could’ve been cleaned off with a little detailing, needed an oil change and tires that need replacing to which we were told, “we would have to take care of ourself because this is a used car lot and since he didn’t have a co-signer they would be losing money.” I called him out for his rudeness to which he argues with me that they would not be making any money off the deal and he could pull the pap
