Great experience with Jamie's. They were very thorough with a PPI on a car my son was looking at. They followed up personally to explain the findings, which gave us exactly what we needed to negotiate a better deal. Fair, honest, and professional service!

Jamie and Rob are amazing! They are extremely competent, experienced, and honest. Instead of fixing an issue and taking my money, they explained that that was not the best option for me. Rob spent so much time describing what was going on with my car, and gave me invaluable advice. I called back multiple times as my situation evolved, a complicated situation with many moving parts – or not moving as was the case – and each time he was unbelievably patient and helpful. They went above and beyond by offering helpful recommendations about next steps. My brother and sister-in-law have been with them for years, and now I understand why. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Since the first time I used Jamie’s Auto repair service it has been nothing but A1 service. The customer service is outstanding and their repair services is excellent. They have been honest and they have proven to me that they are not out to over price me. They tell you the truth and they have your best interest at heart. They do not pressure you, nor do they make you feel unappreciated. They value your business. For that I will continue to use their services and I have recommended them to my family and friends.

From my first visit to Jamie's, just to ask questions about my BMW to today's visit I am so pleased with staff, the work, and the price. I have had nightmare experience with union park BMW and Otto's BMW, Jamies has ended the nightmare experience. Thank you Robert as well as the young lady with the beautiful dog who works the front desk... u guyz are amazing!
