Liiiiiissssen, I truly wanted to Gatekeep this Repair Shop! The Service was excellent and constant communication is the norm...I appreciated that. My car still had a Warranty but, the work wasn't covered! As such, the prices were fair and to my knowledge, the work was done correctly. Ms. C was on top of letting me know the status of my repair and when I could pick it up. This location is not a gathering spot so, drop your vehicle off and come back when they contact you. Great service, great customer communication and worth the money.

Avoid if you’re on a schedule. My tow request was accepted at 7:30 AM for a 9:00 AM shop appointment. After being told it would be 45 minutes, I was hit with four consecutive delays via me calling them over phone and receiving text from Usaa. The driver didn’t show up until 11:15 AM (nearly 4 hours later) and already had another car on the bed. I missed my repair appointment because they kept stringing me along instead of being honest about their capacity. Total lack of professionalism don't accept jobs you can't handle. Oooh yeah when the drive did arrive there was no apology and he was actually on the phone laughing and joking……😒

Excellent. Carrol, who works the phone and directs everything, is awesome and understands life troubles. They had pulled a blown engine in my truck and replaced it very quickly and the cheapest price within 100mi. Very considerate company even made sure my tires had adequate pressure prior to me driving away. The tow truck driver was professional, courteous , and knowledgeable. I hope to never need major repair work again, but if needed I advise you use them for the Tow and the labor. One stop for all vehicle needs.

The owner was very professional. I called on a Saturday & he came to tow my car for me within 35 mins. Very knowledgeable about the issue of why the car stopped as well. Great customer service!
