I was visiting from out of town on the weekend when I noticed a check engine light come on. I left a message on their answering machine asking if they could take a look at it on Monday. they called first thing Monday morning and told me to bring it in. Adam diagnosed a broken wire and connector which he repaired, tested the car, and got me on my way in short order. He is a VERY personable guy. I would recommend him highly.

This is absolutely the BEST place. I have been coming here for many years. They do amazing work at an extremely reasonable price. They are the most honest and trustworthy place you can ask for. I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

I have been a customer at Jams Auto for many years. I am a car guy and I have 5 cars. Jams auto is the most accommodating auto service shop in the area. Adam can repair anything and he has a honest business, I bought my vehicle in for brakes and later came back to pick it up. He told me that there was no charge because the brakes were still under warranty. No other service center would have done that. I highly recommend Jams Auto for all your repair needs.

i had my axle came out on the highway on my way back home. i stopped by at the area to find a mechanic to tell me if its safe for me to drive my last 10 miles to home. so i googled it and picked this shop because it had 5 stars. the lady on the front desk said mechanics cant take a look i need to come later, even though i said it was an emergency situation and all i need is to someone take a look and just say if its drivable. so now im giving 1 points so if someone else has an emergency they do NOT drive here on their last couple miles. go somewhere else like i did.

This is a wonderful place to have your car serviced. They do a great job, charge a fair price, and treat customers like family. I enjoy giving them my business.
