Got my E30 in pretty quick, I was recommended from another shop because they couldn’t work on it. I bring it here for inspection and oil and then check condition of timing belt and fix a starting issue. they did the inspection and oil which was good. they didn’t tell me what oil they used but okay. I was then told they found the sticker for the timing belt but they couldn’t read it so they left it at that. as for the starting i don’t think they really diagnosed it. they said it was fine and I should change spark plugs (idk why they wouldn’t do that, I told them to fix the issue) so it still starts funny. overall okay experience except they didn’t do half the stuff i told them to do

My best friend came here to get her bmw worked on, $3300 later and it’s completely inoperable. Not only did they tell her it was ready to be picked up, but after so she proceeded to drive it off the property and the gas pedal was unresponsive. This putting not only her in danger, and her 3 year old daughter. After communicating with the company they were no longer willing to work on her car without more pay. In addition refused to allow their own towing company to be of service in assisting it back to its rightful owner. I do not recommend this company if it was the last one in Lancaster county.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I tried to be nice and give them the opportunity to make it right they ignored me and never returned my phone call. I paid him $1700 to fix my car immediately after I left with my car I knew that it wasn’t fixed. I called him the next day they told me to drive it for a few days that when they put new parts on sometimes it still acts up. I didn’t trust them which I’m glad I didn’t. I took it to BMW dealership in which they told me everything that was on the receipt that they said they fix they did NOT fix it.. I will be reaching out to my lawyer and filing a suit this week. Shame on you shame on this company for taking advantage of a single mother.. I do not recommend anybody taking their car here not even your bicycle they will claim that they fixed it and rig i

The owners are wonderful and super nice! Seeing the same review over and over again is only degrading a small local family owned company I would 100% recommend going to them!

not incredibly happy with my experience here. Went here for an inspection and was failed for tires sticking out a little past the fender wells. 10 years with the same wheels was never a problem at any other garage. I did notice they made sure to do the inspection so they could charge me for it when they had no intention of passing it.. And they tried to say I needed tires when i didn't actually need them. Granted my tires were close. But not below the minimum. Seems like they're gonna knit pick to sell you extras for an inspection
