Jan's Recovery Service

The woman from the answering service was pleasant and as helpful as possible but said their office was closed. The hours listed on google, another search engine and the owners website all give conflicting hours of operation for their office. I got the answering service at 4:30pm so not sure what time the place really operates. Also, google says the business is not open on weekends but Jan’s website says they are open on Saturdays 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tow a car from private lot with permit on car? Management called to tow car? Doubt it. My car was parked in designated area where signs posted clearly states “PERMIT PARKING ONLY” and was in a spot that you need a permit to park in lot. With your “documentation of pictures did you happen to see the clearly posted signs saying permit parking only” So what other reasons can you give for towing car? It’s not trespassing when you have a permit and spot clearly marked. Property manager knows cars parked in lot already by paper work that Tenants filled out. Management pays you to tow cars and monitor lot how how did you receive call from management to tow? You don’t get paid from “monitoring” you wait till a call is made and just assume it’s management calling? Nice try. Tow drivers and your
