Jap Tech of Naples

My Camry had been leaking air in one of it's tires and I had taken it to multiple places, none of which could find the problem. I took it to Jap Tech and Mark not only found the problem, explained it to me, and fixed the problem, but also found the same problem in the other three tires and fixed them too. Mark was very down to earth and personable and charged me a fair price. The waiting room was quite cozy too. Thank you so much Mark!

Excellent place to have any work done on your car. Mark is honest and friendly. Highly recommended. He’s an experienced mechanic that knows his cars. Much better than taking your chances at a dealership mechanic.

Absolutely love this place! Owner operated and the best service I have found in Naples! Mark knows all about my Honda and goes over and above the call of duty in servicing my car! Neil is the best mechanic ever. I have had my car for a long time and have never had a better experience than at Jap Tech. My car is always in top mechanical shape and no more fake Honda parts! I have been bringing my cars to Mark and Jap Tech for 11 years now, as soon as I moved to Naples. The guys there are always looking out for my best interest and not trying to sell me services or items I do not need. Everyone is friendly and helpful from Lanie to everyone working on the cars. I recommend to all my friends to go see Mark.

I have taken my cars to Jap Tech for repairs for many years. In each case the repairs were made in a timely fashion and with great mechanical expertise. One of the most important parts of my repair visits has been that the owner, Mark, does not try to upsell unnecessary repairs and suggested recently that I delay a tune-up and brake replacement until such repairs are really necessary. His front office Manager, Elaine, is VERY knowledgeable about car repairs and offers excellent advice on any repair needs. My thanks to Mark and Elaine for such great service!
