Didn’t want to take a look at my vehicle and sent me away

I was in the tire and auto repair business as a teen in highschool working in VoTech. I knew that wasn’t for me and some classmates were like car genius that now work at Japanese Auto. Ronnie and his guys are the A team of mechanics and I have never questioned anything they do. It’s a fraction of the dealer costs, but the best thing is his whole team is trustworthy and that’s one thing I have rarely seen in the auto repair business. Seeing some of the negative reviews that say “charged me $90 to diagnose but not repaired” is suspect but if the dealer fixed it why would you take to them to begin with? Maybe a warranty part or recall? Parts in the steering column don’t just break dude and if so it’s a huge liability for Toyota. Don’t judge based off comments that seem misleading. Last time I
