Japanese Auto Repair

Wanted to send my van over for work to be done. Called on Monday, and the receptionist couldn’t have sounded more uninterested to take the call. I had some questions, wanted my van towed to the shop, and wanted to speak to a tech beforehand. She quickly tried to end the call by saying someone would call back. She didn’t ask for a name or number. When I asked if she wanted that, she said “ok”. I was told I’d receive a call back on Monday, and heard nothing. Called before the end of the day and was assured someone would call before the end of the day. Nothing. I called back Tuesday, and explained that I want to have my van towed to the shop, but had questions beforehand. She once again assured someone would call, and never received a call back. I've been going here for years and could not be happier. Very professional and informative. I have four older cars, because i have kids, and they take ownership in their work, and guide me in managing costs.

This place is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Dropped off my daughters car to have serviced before she went back to college and they did a fantastic job! I was communicated with once the look over was completed. They recommended a few things I should have done and others that could wait. The car was done in a timely manner and the mechanic was friendly. They went above and beyond to take care of me. What great people, I was recommended to them from another shop. They fixed my 1st problem with no issues. Another one came up i called and with no hesitation he said he'll take a look. Ben is a really nice guy and easy to talk too

Had a sinking feeling that my 2018 Mazda3 was overdue for a brake job. A coworker recommended Japanese Auto Repair. After calling to schedule an appointment and explain what was going on, Ronny was able to squeeze me in the same week.
