However, I always asked Andre for the final words and drove up here let his team to get complicated things done. They are very knowledgeable, skilled and gentle touching for my Mazda. So this review is definitely a long time coming considering I've been taking my two Toyota Prius cars to Japanese Auto Tech since 2012. I know it’s tough to find an auto repair shop you can rely on so I had to write about how impressive was my recent visit here. My 2nd generation Toyota Prius needed a new hybrid battery pack. The worst problem to experience around the holidays. But my guy Paul took care of it. As always, he was excellent at getting the job done quickly, keeping me informed about the process, and all without any unnecessary upselling. Plus they're completely transparent about pricing. The most honest and respectable mechanic I have met here on the west coast! Really explains and do his very best to take care of his clients! From the 1st time I took my work vehicle there I knew this was the guy to bring all my personal vehicles to! Very fair in his pricing and never tried to get you to do something that's not necessary to repair your vehicle!
