I needed to get all my fluids flushed for my 150,000 mile maintenance on my 4Runner. They gave me a quote before my scheduled appointment and I accepted the quote. I dropped my 4Runner off and it took them 5 hours to service my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle they forgot to include the coolant flush in the quote so they did it for free! They were also the only shop that did my alignment correct which made me very happy! They are a very nice crew that definitely knows what they are doing. They are my new forever mechanics! Thanks so much for taking care of my yota!!!

Update: excellent service on my second presale inspection too. Fast, friendly service with detailed explanations that allowed me to get even the smallest items addressed by the dealership. They quickly completed a pre-purchase inspection for me. Fast and friendly service that saved me from purchasing a car that would have been a huge expensive headache. I’m very grateful for their help!

Afraid to tell folks how good these Guys are. Recently purchased a 2017 Lexus RX and found their shop on the web. Fair pricing honest and would recommend for anyone looking for independent service!

This is my second time visiting for routine maintenance. I had a lot major maintenance items that needed to be done at 105k miles (timing belt, spark plugs, pulley, thermostat, water pump, fluid flush, brake pads, etc) and I was given a detailed quote, everything was transparent. My vehicle was serviced and drives very well after all the work was done. Very happy with the work. Highly recommend giving this shop a shot!

This is the place to go when you don’t wanna pay outrageous sons to the dealer. I was in awe after I had my infinity G 37 convertible repair repaired at Japanese automotive repair and services. Not only were they courteous and had a clean shop and very professional they were very upfront With what they could do. That only did they do it quickly. I was amazed at how fast they fixed the awkward problem I was having with my G 37 convertible. I’m not sure if these gentlemen were veterans or not, but they treated me with the respect and courtesy of being one. I highly recommend them and they are the only people I will go to for future repairs. Thank you guys. I greatly appreciate your service.
