Do not ever take your vehicle there they will rip you off I am 63 years old and disabled I brought my vehicle to change a dipstick what they did was put a screw in the top of my dipstick and charged me $100 they wanted 125 dollars may cause my oil to leak out of the top which caused me to lose a lot of oil they did not take responsibility for their actions and blamed me and said I needed to wait till they ordered one but this was never told to me so they beat me out of $100 and and we're very nasty when I called them out on it I would advise anyone and everybody do not give these people your money they're a scam artist this is not the first time all you have to do is read the reviews they are not mechanics

This guy is the biggest joke in the industry. Keep your car away from him no matter what he will fail your smog, even for an oil leak, which has nothing to do with smog. This guy is arrogant, rude, and unprofessional, and so is his hired help.

They diagnosed my car and were able to fix the problem right after I ordered the right part off eBay. I called 3 other mechanics and no one was willing to do it because it was a computer issue, but Japanese motor did a great job! Thank you and definitely recommended:)

I have been going to Ben for years and have always gotten great service. Last time I was there Was for water pump replacement on my Tahoe had it done within a few hours and did not over charge. I knew going in approximate price for the parts and service was given a quote after the diagnostic which matched what I expected actually was a bit lower. Have had no issues. So for you that are complaining do your homework on costs before going in if you don’t like the quote then don’t use him and stop acting like your the victim if you accept the quote pay your bill

I take my vehicle there for every MAJOR repair. The owner/operator Ben is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle repair. They have straight forward prices with no BS. They only use parts that are going to last. Ben will tell you exactly whats wrong with your vehicle. And unlike other places he will give you the option to forego other repairs until you can afford it. They work fast and do the job correctly the first time.
