Jarman Auto Sales

We corresponded with them all week about a vehicle we really wanted and made arrangements to meet on Saturday as we are from out of town. We talked to him on Saturday morning and told him that we coming. We were 20 min late and he had closed up. He could have texted us but he didn't. Talked with his wife and she was VERY rude She told us we were late and so he left and couldn't come back till late evening, she said they liked punctual people and somebody else wanted the vehicle anyway. I dont think that is any way to talk to customers and they will never have to worry about us coming back.

Mr Jarman is a pleasure to deal with. He is very reasonable. Enjoyed doing business with him.

The lady that was inside was super nice, and very helpful. She stated that it was okay for us to look at the corvettes, but I’m assuming who was her husband disagreed, he stated that he didn’t want anyone in there looking at them unless we were thinking of buying one. He said that he was tired of people opening the doors, which we weren’t going to do, we literally just wanted to look and go on our way. He was very rude and I won’t be going back.

Knows nothing about what he sales. Doesn't test drive or look at any defects before putting vehicles on the lot. I rate a zero star (if they had it). A typical car salesman.
