Kathy was awesome soooooo much help I think I got a great deal. Yes they have those dreaded dealer fees but unlike other car dealers that charge 2200 dollars for bogus stuff like electronic filing fee ( state doesn’t charge dealerships for this) and other non existent fees this dealership charged about 2000 above advertised price BUT part of this is a paint and leather protectant package ($900.00 value) that has a five year guarantee (this is used 2017 I purchased) they also discounted part of those fees AND they will deliver the car to my front door (that alone is worth 300 dollars to me). I simply can’t thank Kathy enough THE BEST car sales person I have dealt with in a very long time.

Buying my truck from JeraFord was a great experience. The photos online were very accurate, and the customer service from Cory was outstanding. They worked with me and met my needs quickly and efficiently. Since I was purchasing the vehicle over the phone from four hours away, they went the extra mile and delivered it to my house. I bought a Jeep from Jarrett Ford of Dade City, and the experience was excellent! My sales lady, Kathy, was fantastic — we handled everything over the internet. She personally went out to the car, checked the start/stop and idle for me, and made sure everything looked good. She even went to the manager and got me the deal I wanted. The whole process was smooth and simple. I used their bank for financing, and they delivered the car right to my home — couldn’t have been easier. I’d absolutely do it again!
