Jarrett-Gordon Ford Winter Haven Service

We purchased a vehicle from Jarrett-Gordon ford of Winter Haven and there was a couple of issues that needed to be taken care of. I was told they were taken care of by the salesperson and they weren’t. I called and spoke to the sales manager Victor and he was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He showed a genuine care for having the issues taken care of and was apologetic for them not being taken care when we were told they would be. Victor is a breath of fresh air during a stressful time of purchasing a vehicle and when there is issues that need to be taken care of. He personally took the time ensuring that everything was taken care of making the overall experience at Jarrett-Gordon ford much better than how things were going. He single handedly turned a 2 star experience

My husband and I are very happy with the service we received with our purchase. We spoke with Mike a sales specialist and Victor the manager were very helpful and courteous. The process went smoothly. The finance side of things went smoothly and wasn't too time consuming. Compared to some other places that make car buying painful. They made it a pleasant experience. Very good buying experience from start to finish with Mike M my salesperson. Got a fair price on a Ranger Raptor . He made sure the details were taken care of as i was 2 hrs away . Only issue i had was with finance . Didnt have paperwork correct on my trade had to go over everyrhing with them again to correct it and didnt feel like they tried to get me a good rate. Or i would have rated the dealer a 5 . Overall would buy again from Mike . He cares about his customers. Thank u Mike .
