I am shocked by the positive reviews. I have never spoken with more disrespectful and condescending people in any industry. They refused to start a claim for my car issue and provided me with false information. My car is totaled, completely unusable, and they wouldn’t even ask if I need a rental. Zero empathy. Instead of assisting, the incredibly rude woman who answered started telling me about her own personal car woes as if she is a mechanic or this were relevant to my situation. The only way I was able to initiate a claim was by calling the auto insurance at the 800 number rather than going through this local branch. Anything to avoid doing their job. Even if it's not covered, I would like this to be properly recorded and investigated which the Bentley Agency REFUSED to do.
