Car in on June.9. Called for update on June 12. I guess Jason answered, he didn't id himself. He was abrupt and rude.(,Short, snapping at me) Said he would call back.He didn't. I picked up my car to go elsewhere and was told the AC repair was $334. 63. I never authorized the repair. I never received a quote or a call back regarding a quote.Seems really excessive 1/2,lb of freon, evacuate and recharge. He didn't mention anything to me about what he was planning to do.Other mechanics I spoke with agreed. Im 73, retired on a fixed income, use a cane/walker.His office clerk was very nice but I will not use his services again. A call back, an estimate, which I asked for, are all professional curtacy.

While traveling to work my vehicle broke down on I-10. The tow truck driver called up Jason on a Sunday night and dropped the car off at his shop. I headed offshore for two weeks and Jason had the car fixed and ready when I got back. He actually went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready. I really appreciate the work he did and highly recommend his shop.

I was stranded today because my car got stuck in neutral and one of the mechanics drove to my location and helped me get it fixed. I am extremely grateful for helping me last minute and getting my vehicle up and moving. Thank you so much
