I go just about every morning And I'm always greeted by there best employee Christy. She's always so cheerful and helpful. She makes sure to give every customer the best customer service. The people inside the car wash are very good too. Great place and good deals.

Jax car wash provides an excellent service. They are always very polite and ensure a thorough hand dry. If any spots are missed, they are happy to let you go back through. This attention to detail makes for a consistently great experience. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. I love the wash club, so I can use any of their locations when I travel.

Got upsold on a membership. First time I went to use it, it's closed. No signage, no updates on the website. Says they are open until 8. Called to ask if they were open and there's a freaking ROBOT CLANKER that answered the phone and didn't disclose I was talking to a robot. Not cool. Will be cancelling my membership. This picture attached was at 623pm on a Tuesday night.

The quality of your car wash has everything to do with the people at the entrance. Some of them pre wash with a purpose, others just get your vehicle wet. They know how the vehicles look at the end, but that doesn’t matter. The rear and front are rarely clean at the end. Inside the tunnel there are frequently brushes that don’t spin. The unlimited offer is their attempt to keep you happy, because you can wait in line for another half hour to go again. That won’t make you happy, the same spots get missed.
