Very helpful and knowledgeable. Have a 2004 Escape 342000 miles leaking antifreeze. They came over and inspected the vehicle. Water Pump leaking but looked at the whole vehicle and its trouble spots to give me an honest mechanical opinion if worth fixing. Good mechanically and frame wise. Got it fixed. Other parts in the repair were ready to fail so fixed them. Very Happy. I feel I can trust them.

5 stars isn't enough for these guys! They deserve ALL of them. I cannot thank them enough for their speedy service in repairing my truck and getting me back on the road. Or their friendly and kind attitude towards helping out a fellow human being and not treating me like im inferior because I am not a mechanic who works in their shop like so many other places do. Complete night and day difference in the best way possible when dealing with Jay & J's versus a big named competitor. Driving on 41 north around 12:30 p.m. near west bend my trucks rear end starts to violently shake. I may not be a certified mechanic, but I know my way around a vehicle and am very familiar with my truck. I took my 2020 Equinox in for a diagnostic and some brake work and had a great experience. I was in need of a repair quickly as I use my vehicle for work and wasn't able to get into my normal shop for over two weeks. Jay & J got me in the same day and had the diagnostic completed and brake issue identified within a few minutes. The repairs were reasonably priced and completed within a day. The day my car was in the shop I drove over a screw and asked him to take care of it when I picked up my other vehicle and not only did he take care of it but refused to charge me. I'll no doubt return for all future vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Jay did a great job getting me in quickly. The work required was quoted and done at a great price! My car hasn't run this smoothly since I bought it, thanks guys! 🙂
