They sold me a Used 2007 Mercedes-Benz M-Class ML350 4MATIC with, 65,000 MI on it in April of 2024. A month and a half later the engine light comes on, there's knocking in the motor, the speed sensor, the crankshaft sensor comes on and, the car barely moved. I had the vehicle towed right back to their front door of their garage. Now I'm getting attitude, They made me pay $1,100 and they pay the rest of the vehicle that was remaining on the loan. I just wanted to get the the loan paid off that was owed so I can get another vehicle that was Worthy. Now I have a 2018 GLE 4matic Mercedes-Benz that runs perfectly. Simply the best. Jay is friendly,professional and personable and goes way above the call of duty to accommodate you. My vehicle was experiencing a fault and all it took was one phone call to Jay and dropped everything he was doing, to make his way to my location to repair the fault. After over a decade of repair mostly paid in cash and a friendly demeanor Jay asked me to leave the property because his son has repeatedly been disrespectful to me and distrusting of me for no reason is this the kind of qualities we want in a car salesman?
