Jay Sweeney's Used Cars

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They sold me a Car for 4200 dollars with a bad transmission! They told me at the transmission shop it was 4000 to fix and they reset the codes so that it would drive for 100 miles or more and then the light would come back on. The car seemed perfect until 2 days after! The old lady at the front desk told continuous lies. I was told when I walked in they wouldn’t lie to you and especially since I have a 4 month old baby but they sure did. Now my child and I are out of a car because they don’t care at the end of the day as long as they get their check. THEY ARE CROOKS EVEN MY ATTORNEY SAID THEY ARE! Please please do NOT buy from them! They look trustworthy at first but they are NOT.

Just bought a car from them today and the experience was amazing. They’re very easy to work with and helped me find out I actually have a warranty on my vehicle which is a huge relief. Between the customer service, the car itself, and the warranty, I’m very happy with my purchase

Worst place ever PLEASE I BEG OF YOU DO NOT BUY ANY THING EVEN IF YOUR DESPERATE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY I BOUGHT MANY CARS AND THIS LAST ONE 2013 1 YEAR AGO LOST 3700 TRANSMISSION WENT OUT THEY NEW IT WAS OUT THEY TRIED SELL ME WARRENTY OMG IM PISSED I'm so sick of this place ripping people off these people are in no way Christians and listen up owners workers God will make you pay you know you did me dirty u took my money sold junk and acted like your goody goody well God will make you pay for treating people bad he can take more then things from you so hope you enjoy my 3700 you took from my family I promise you I will never ever talk to you again we are done with ID never be your friend

Wish I could give 0 ..They sold my 18 year old a car with blown head gasket.. it over heated on him that same night.. he took it to them the next day and they said oh use your insurance plan we also sold with the car .. he in fact asked them the day he bought it why it had antifreeze under it and they said oh it's just where we topped it off.. very unprofessional!! His first purchase of his own and this is what he had to learn!

If I could give this place negative 10 rating I would. Thus place is horrible the new owners are dirty as can be. They take your down payment take a few payments then try and repo your car even with you not owing anything to them. And in the state of tn says all you are required to have is LIABILITY INSURANCE that's it. Not full coverage so if you have liability insurance and not full coverage they repo your car. The old owners was amazing and done right by there customers but these new owners are absolutely sickening and they talk to customers awful and treat them like trash
