Jay is the engine whisperer and he and Eileen treat you like family. Jay and Tim had to remove the motor and tyranny (in a caddy no less) so I was a bit apprehensive, but they not only fixed the problem, (and Jay took pictures of the entire process...Wow) they removed all my concerns as well. Great people, great service, great experience. Straight cool all around.
