My parents have been taking their trucks to this place for a long time. They are conveniently located in my neighborhood. The staff is super friendly, they dont try to upsale you. Their work has a warranty. Their prices are resonable. They try to save you money when they can. I recommend them highly. I took my yukon in because it had no oil pressure and I was not able to drive it. I seriously thought it needed a new oil pump. I had to setup a appointment to get it checked out. I dropped it off and received a notification when they were done inspecting it. They did a full diagnosis. I found out that the inside of the engine was covered in oil sluge and the oil sensor and screen were completely blocked. They recommend doing a oil flush and cleaning out the sensor. Answered all of my questions before I even took my truck in. Responded through requested text messages because I work during their business hours. Worked extremely fast and did a great job. Price was what I was quoted at before even seeing my truck. Even though it was a few minutes before they opened, they went out of their way to allow me to pick up my truck so I would not be late for work. Highly recommend.

Always a pleasure and smooth process at Jay's. Sam is informative and patient, always ready and willing to educate and inform. Vanessa is welcoming and helpful. They have serviced all my vehicles and my daughters car and truck as well. Some jobs routine and others complicated, but always repaired with absolutely no problems after. Sam was a big help getting our truck camper back on the road after one of our power windows failed in the open position. He had it all fixed in a couple hours. We were on a cross country road trip and living in the camper. The dealership had said 3-5 days wait for an appointment.
