Could not be happier! They didn't have the part in stock but ordered and installed beautifully. Extremely professional and fair on the pricing and service. The repair cost literally half of what a dealership had quoted me.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Jay’s. Despite some initial challenges involving delays with my vehicle and warranty concerns, the team at Jay’s handled everything with professionalism and exceptional customer service. As a first-time import car owner, I had numerous questions and called frequently. Each time, my concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly, without hesitation. The quality of work on my vehicle was excellent, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was clear throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jay’s to anyone seeking reliable and professional automotive service. Also the tech working on my car had the best laugh his laugh made me laugh.. it was contagious!

Jays got me out of a huge pinch. My 06’ M5 died in Bedford during a trip back to Winchester. After replacing the alternator and reprogramming my battery, I was back in business. Jays prices are very reasonable and their tech was top notch. Not to mention the front desk girl was the nicest person on earth.

Long story but Jay used to work on my dads BMW back in the 1980s at Hammersley. I started to get Jay to do my work at Jays Auto once he opened up. They have always been good to me and have a good attention to detail. Fast forward many years and Jays son Chris is taking care of me. Chris is super down to earth and is genuinely there to help. Hes a people person as well as a car person. I like the addition of Mike Kriekeldorff (sp) as Mike used to work on my M3 also. He and Jay also worked side by side for years at Hammersley. Big ups to this shop.

I live in Woodbridge, VA and on 4/2/23 was traveling from visiting friends in Richmond to Lynchburg. While on highway 460, a safety warning ⚠️ came on in my BMW X5 indicating my engine had overheated. My vehicle suddenly began to lose power. Thankfully, I was able to safely pull over at a nearby Exxon to call for assistance. The very next morning at 7:30 am, I arrived at BMW Lynchburg to see if I could I have it diagnosed. In the service department, I met Randy, who lacked having any empathy for the situation, and was also short of a technician that day. Unfortunately, the dealership would not have been able to even take a look until sometime the next day. I used Google, which led me to Jay’s Auto. They were literally less than than two miles away. Nikki, in the front office, was extremely
