I can’t say enough about how pleased we were when we hired Jay to come work on our RV. My alternators bearings were screaming. I have a V10 Ford engine in our Class A RV. Jay came out to us quickly after I contacted him. Not like others who don’t return calls or gives you a date 30 day out. He came out and went right to work. He had to work from both inside the coach thru the engine cover plus run outside and go under our rig many times to get this job done. He also did a few other repair while here. My car overheated due to a leaking hose/pump, and they quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got it fixed the same day. When my car overheated in the street, they helped me get it safely to the shop and assisted me with everything throughout the process. Jay also worked with me on pricing, which I really appreciated. Amazing work! My car was doing fine and then just didn’t turn on all of a sudden. We gave him a call and he was there within 45 minutes. He had it fixed within the next hour. Great customer service. He showed me all the parts throughout the process of him fixing it too. He was super transparent, very thorough with his explanation, and gave a good price. I’ll definitely be using him in the future.
