Accompanied my friend to Jazz Automotive today and was most impressed by the thorough (and FREE) diagnostic that was performed on her 2005 PT Cruiser, as well as the easily understood information/advice and reasonable quote given for repair! The waiting area was comfortable, clean, cool, and spacious. My friend already made an appt to have the work done on her car & and is excited to have finally found a good trustworthy mechanic!

It cost me about three times more than I thought it would, but that's because the actual part causing the issue was much more expensive. So far, I haven't had any more issues from it. They do good work & I highly recommend this shop. I will go back to them to get some more stuff done soon. Thanks 👍🏽

I have a car that has been there for over 3 months and they said it’s the fuse box they say they have all the parts and told me it would be ready this past Friday morning and when I try to call them they don’t answer and when they do answer they give me the run around saying we needed to get another part and that the car will be ready in another week we called today and the guy said he will call me back with a answer and I tried to call back and it went to voicemail. I will not be using them again my grandpa has been using them for years and years. We do not recommend for anyone to go there. Service is crappy they won’t answer your phone calls.
