I described the issue and he pretty much diagnosed the problem before even seeing my truck. Long story short he was a pleasure to do business with. He located the problem and fixed it. I had a fantastic experience with jb mobile . I contacted them one evening and they were very responsive. They came out the very next day, diagnosed my car professionally, and took it to the shop. The repairs were done quickly, only four days, and they even dropped my car off earlier than expected on a Sunday, which was such a huge help! They were friendly, professional, and thorough, explaining everything clearly. My car is running great, the engine is solid, and they even topped off my gas and checked my tires.
