I dropped off my Tesla three days ago to have some scratches repaired on the front bumper. The team did an excellent job — the color matching is perfect, and the refinishing looks like new. The front desk staff were polite and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the work. I just picked up my car a few hours ago, and I’ve already recommended this shop to several of my friends. Highly recommended!

I've been coming to JB Motor Work for about a year now for various services (tires, wheel alignment, etc.), and it has always been a great experience. John, Ken, and the team there are very responsive, knowledgeable, and are great communicators. And just as important, their pricing is very fair compared to other similar shops I’ve worked with. I look forward to continuing to work with JB going forward!

Very nice crew but wow make sure they give you the actual total cost. Ended up spending $800 for a simple coil pack and spark plug replacement when the counter person only alerted me to the $536 it cost for that specific part of labor, completely neglecting to alert me of a TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR DIAGNOSTIC FEE and that it was not included in the price for the coils. Nice people but not sure i would ever take my car back for more than a quick inspection (which is how i was referred). Wish you guys luck, but begging you to be better and transparent where it truly matters, as this was the last of my budget which I had already alerted you guys to. Phenomenal service given to my vehicle by these auto experts, went to several places prior to coming here for service for my headlights which required rewiring. They determined the issue explained it to me in great detail and did the repair for what I believe was a more than reasonable price. It took a day and a half but my patience was rewarded. Highly recommend for all your automotive needs. S/O to Bruce for the hard work !
