Now he has amnesia he don’t remember me or the truck. Please don’t try to get a car or truck used from places like this you will forever regret it I promise you.

Classic bait-and-switch. Dishonest dealership. I called ahead because I know how dealership games work. I asked very clearly if the car advertised on Facebook Marketplace was actually on the lot and if the price was real. I was told yes. I called again about 30 minutes before arriving and was told again, yes, the car is here, come over. The guy said his name was Junior and told me he was waiting for me. I drove over an hour. When I arrived, the car was magically “sold.” Junior was not even there. Turns out he is just a broker, not even at the dealership. The whole purpose is to get you in the door. Scammer's. Just like others on here are posting. Found what I thought was a great deal on Facebook. A 2018 sprinter with 106,721 miles. Turns out it actually has 164,721 miles. Of course they deleted the Facebook add right away, but here is the admission from the sales manager, Maria. Bait and switch is actually illegal. Maybe I will make a complaint to the FTC or file a complaint with the attorney generals office?

Don’t waste your time. On advertisement they shows low miles cars-originally it’s 30000 more miles.price is much higher than in advertisement! And down payment asking two times more than another companies, even without checking credit report. And finally, atmosphere is more than uncomfortable.
