Not bad for the price, but could use some updating and maintenance. It’s tough to see a dirty machine cleaning your car. Vacuums are pretty cheap and do a fine job. I paid $2.25 for about 9 minutes of vacuuming

Does a decent job for the price but be prepared to wait awhile for the automatic wash bays. The lines get really long sometimes, and move very slowly. The self service ones aren’t usually too bad though.

At this time 2 of the 3 self car wash bays are out of order. Be prepared to wait if you really want to wash it yourself. Hope they get the parts and the other 2 bays are up and going asap.

JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKMAN CAR WASH REVIEW To the owners of JBPHH Car Wash located on Aloalo Street in Honolulu, I would like to report a bad customer service experience that I received today on 8/11/2024 at 00:00 pm at your car wash. I was waiting in line and noticed a car was waiting at the next available station beside me. No one was behind him so I decided to pull around and wait behind that car instead because I would be next after he departs the stall. Unfortunately, the employee on duty approached my vehicle, gave me a nasty, stank look and turned an out of order sign around for me to read. I told the car wash attendant that I thought the stall was open because moments before, he’d directed a vehicle inside the stall. The employee responded by saying “you looked silly”.

The touchless car wash does not clean rims and tires. The price is decent. The vacuum section is good for the price.
