I don't understand this operation. Made an 11:30 appointment 3 days in advance. Arrived 45 minutes early. The gas station attendant knew nothing of the appointment and operates separately from the mechanic who makes his own hours. 12:30, after 3 unanswered calls, he was still a no show. Another man working in the garage said Juan was the mechanic but didn't know where he was. (And apparently not concerned enough to try and find out.) Maybe something happened to him, emergency or otherwise, I don't know. But that whole business arrangement that establishment has going on did not work smoothly on that day. Left at 1pm for another place that squeezed me in sympathetic to my situation.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. With a five hour drive in front of me I wanted to have it looked at before heading out. JB got me in within an hour, found a leak, and repaired the tire. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Thanks JB!

What a great experience! Car was acting up after our 9 hour trip to Nags Head. Called the shop’s number, said to bring it in the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes!!! Saved our beach trip! Highly recommended him!! Thank you again!!

This man saved my mother and I on a Saturday. Traveling home from Hatteras Island with over 7 hours to go. We stopped in Nags Head for chicken when I went to pull out our tire was completely flat. He came and looked at it and said I needed a new tire but he could not get it until the next day. He gave some numbers to call with all wanting to tow for a hefty fee and I had to find my own tire on foot lol. After 6 calls I called back to JBs even though he was busy and did not want to spend his afternoon with two old ladies. He called found me a tire and DROVE me to get it, put air in my flat so I could get to his shop, and then replace tire. CHARGED me $40.00 bucks. Amazing nice man!!! Fantastic service! My family's car broke down on our family vacation. The owner was able to diagnose, and fix our car well before our departure date. The car made it all the way back home and seems to be running great. Thank you!
