I can’t say enough good things about JC Auto. They were the only repair shop I could find open on Labor Day, and Frank took my call and got me in the same day, on a holiday! Unfortunately, we discovered my transmission needed to be replaced, but Frank took the time to walk me through all my options without rushing or pressuring me. I had to leave my car at the shop while deciding whether to repair or sell it, and Frank generously let me keep it there without charging me a dime. Once I decided to move forward with the repair, Frank was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I ordered the new transmission myself, and JC Auto received it and completed the repairs without issue. Frank was awesome to work with fixed my Jeep Wrangler in the same day I brought it to him. Hub assembly and transmission drain and fill with filter and new gasket… would recommend to anyone!!
