This is my second time coming here, and once again the service was excellent and the prices fair. I truly recommend this place — I’ve already become a loyal customer and won’t take my truck anywhere else. Friendly, honest people who really care about their customers!

Last week, I purchased a starter for our company truck, spending over $800 on the part and labor. Today, the starter failed, leaving the truck stranded 300 miles away. When I bought the starter, I was clearly told it came with a two-year warranty. Now, when I reached out about the issue, I was suddenly told the warranty only applies if they personally take the starter to the place it was purchased. To make matters worse, they’re refusing to send me a picture of the original purchase receipt. This is beyond unacceptable—how can a company be trusted that can’t stand by their promises or provide basic documentation? My suggestion is to avoid this company & find another mechanic.

I've dealt with this shop over 13 years. As a company driver working for multiple different small companies. This is like to go to shop all of the small companies I have worked for went to. Many owner operators I know go in here too. Word of mouth is this place is the best can the DFW. They have the higher end test equipment. They get the job done in the convenient manner. Easy negotiations. No hassle. When it comes to doing the job correctly no Mickey mouse jobs no shortcuts this is the place that does the work by the book no shortcuts. This place is where everyone gets their engines rebuilt. My friend who runs a trucking company of 30 trucks in Houston Texas now uses this shop in Dallas to service trucks.

Finished my truck today. Affordable Best shops I've found in DFW last 20 years in business. This is best shop best people to work with. Easy honest guys. Highly recommend.
