JC Radiators solved what seemed to us to be an impossible problem. JC Radiators was communicative, timely, personable, and on top of that the price was better than everyone else we talked to! To be honest, it's the only experience we've had in all of our recent troubles where it really felt too good to be true. But they were true. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for what they did for us. Six of our nine radiators had broken in a renovation, and we discovered that no local outfits were able to repair or replace-in-kind. I had such a great experience with JC Radiators! I needed to replace two radiators in my home ASAP because it was so cold. From the start you could tell that they really cared about solving my issue, as I received a fair estimate in a timely manner and within days I had two beautiful sandblasted/powder coated radiators heating up my house. The installation process was quick and seamless and they even used protective mats and electrical dollies to protect my hardwood floors! They are extremely professional, timely, and overall a business I would work with again!

JC Radiators has now taken 4 cast iron radiators in my condo for refinishing using powder coating. All 4 look great now, showing the detailed designs from 120 years ago. One small radiator in 2020 and 3 large ones in 2024. They disconnect and reconnect with new valves. As my sister commented, the refinishing turns a negative into a positive. Each time, the room was being renovated, and while the radiator was away the work under and behind it could be easily done. Large radiators are very heavy, and were moved without damage to anything in my rooms. See photos of 2 of the refinished radiators.

I needed three radiators sandblasted and repainted, since the paint was very old (lead) and in poor condition. (I had tried to get some of it off myself, with little success.) JC's services were even more complete than I was looking for – not only did they repaint, but they also replaced all the valves and took care of the removal and reinstallation. Their service was also very speedy. They picked up my radiators the day after I had initially reached out to them, and they reinstalled them the day after they were ready, all within the original time window they had provided for the work to be completed. Very professional, they answered our questions and worked with our general contractor doing our kitchen renovation to help replace the knee-high behemoth of a radiator we used to have in our kitchen with a tall, sleek, decorative one.
