Just moved to the area from out of state and started having issues with my car. Brought it in to JCA with a pretty good idea of what was going on. They confirmed it, got it fixed same day, and charged a very fair price. (Struts, brakes and pulley tensioner). They were very transparent and straightforward. They even helped with a secondary issue that arose. I greatly appreciate them and they will be my local mechanic shop moving forward. Great job guys!

EDIT: Bad excuse 👎 What do you have to say about 49psi?? Customers beware, this is not a one and done shop. You will have to correct their mistakes and then argue with them... Not Fast, Not Good, Not Cheap. [NOT FAST] I had a 9:30AM appointment to mount & balance four tires. They didn't get the vehicle up on the lift until about 3pm, and didn't have it finished until 4:45pm. Closing at 5pm, they left me little time to rush over and pick up my vehicle. This entire delay forced me to miss out on a days worth of work. Why have an appointment?? [NOT GOOD] They called me around 3pm when they started on the vehicle. Apparently there are wheel lock lug nuts, I just purchased the vehicle recently so I had no clue they were there. I told them if they can't force them off and replace the lug nuts

Me and my 2 friends were traveling out of state. We had car troubles and we were panicked. They were SO kind, calming, and reassuring. They helped us find a rental car, they got us food, and they came on their day off to help us get back home at the end of our trip! My dad was so appreciative that they took care of us, and their kindness blew us all away. I recommend them to any person or family. They were a God send to us. We will never forget their kindness to us. GIVE THEM A VISIT FOR ALL YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS!

The guys at the shop got me in immediately and fixed my broken power window motor within a couple hours. Their prices were lower than I expected, especially considering how quickly they got me in. They also explained a way to fix a problem on my older vehicle with no sales pressure. As a woman, I felt incredibly safe and trusted their work and recommendations. No doubt I will return for general maintenance. I would highly recommend JCA!

JCA is truly an incredible car shop. My friends and I were on a trip to Hilton Head when my friend’s car unexpectedly broke down and from the very beginning, Brendan, Alex, and Jason went above and beyond for us. They did everything they could to find the issue and figure out the best way to fix it so we could still make it to our retreat on time. They made sure we were fed, helped us find somewhere to get a rental car, and even came in on the weekend when they were technically closed just so we could pick up the car once it was fixed. As a group of three young girls who know absolutely nothing about cars, we felt completely safe, cared for, and respected the entire time.
