I enjoy working on my own cars most of the time. But when I am either out of town or just have too many projects going on… they are the only shop I send my wife to and other then me the only mechanics to have touched my Subaru since I have owned it. Jerry has literally down sold my wife years back when I was traveling and we thought her suburban needed a new battery( $160). Nope he found a drain on a rely (I think, it’s been a long time) for the radio. $10 relay and we were good to go. Honesty like that is too rare these days.

had a wonderful inspection from this company. I didn't see nothing illegal about this what so ever he checked my stuff thoroughly so I don't agree with the last comment made from the last guy. people are so ignorant and can't mind their own buisness look for a better mechanic see if you can find one because this was the best guy that has ever done work for my car

My family and I have been coming to JC Auto since 2013. Great and friendly staff. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. We suggest them to all of our friends and family members. If you have problems looking for a good, honest, Christian mechanic. Stop looking around and stop taking your vehicles to people you can’t trust. If you've gotten your car inspected here recently. You may want to know that they've been charged with 899 counts of illegal issues of inspection stickers. Including tampering with records or identification, fraudulent or deceptive business practices, theft by deception and a number of violation of department regulations. These guys didn't even have the basic tools on hand needed to perform everyday inspections. It's a sad day in Lititz when the people you would've trusted whole heartedly with your vehicle turn out to be a complete fraud.
