Excellent experience 2 days ago at JC's Auto Tech. Got my shocks and struts replaced, a wheel alignment, plus an oil change. Prices were very reasonable and competitive. FREDY organized all a few days before. FREDY was super helpful with diagnosis and pricing. That made it less stressful. Shop staff also friendly.

Although the service was good and the price are very affordable the only thing I didn’t like was that they told me 30 mins to an hour and I’ve been here for 3+ hours and I had an appointment. I wish they would’ve said you’re better off dropping off the car and not lingering around cause I would’ve made better arrangements. Not bad company, just annoyed. But my car should be fixed tho but I can’t do anything else because of the time I’m spending here. I’m writing this still waiting on my car. I initially gave them 3 stars but I’m so satisfied with my service that I changed it to 5 stars lol

I was referred to JC’s Auto Tech through CarMax as an authorized mechanic, and honestly the experience was solid from start to finish. They even came and picked up my car, which already said a lot to me about how they run their business. Once I approved the work, they had my brakes fixed the very next day. No runaround, no nonsense, just good, honest work done the right way. Everything was smooth, communication was clear the whole time, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Good job, guys. I’d definitely recommend JC’s Auto Tech to anyone looking for dependable, straightforward service.

Freddy is very amicable and is very lenient with prices, service is prompt and he’s very kind. I felt welcomed and it’s a very family oriented shop. I would recommend coming here for any issues your cars have.
