If I could give JC Mobile Services 100 stars, I absolutely would! I’m beyond impressed with the professionalism, transparency, and kindness JC brings to his work. I first reached out to him for a simple oil change, and he let me know that the service also includes a full visual inspection of the vehicle. Now, let me preface this by saying, I know my way around cars. For years, I was the one changing my own oil, brakes, spark plugs, you name it. But over time, I got busy (and a little lazy!) and started paying others to do the work. So trust me when I say, I know what’s fair and what’s not when it comes to car repairs. JC came quickly, gave a fast diagnosis, and repaired it quite quickly. Did not try to over recommend or over sell, just gave me honest recommendations considering I had a long drive ahead. I greatly appreciate his services and would recommend him to anyone in need!

After dealing with an unreliable mechanic, I reached out to JC’s Mobile Services. JC was able to come inspect my vehicle within an hour of my call. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even educated me about some of the issues with my car. He quickly diagnosed the exact problem and had it fixed by the next morning. Excellent service! I just wish I had called him sooner.

JC was ahead of schedule. He arrived soon after saying he was on his way and got right to fixing our brake issue. He diagnosed the problem, informed us of why the issue was happening, gave his honest suggestions and also educated us on how the problem can be prevented. He finished the job very quickly and made sure to test that it was fixed and working as expected. We will be calling JC whenever we need any car services!

Absolutely amazing!! They came out for a diagnostic this morning and was able to get my car repaired! Brand new thermostat and radiator!! I’m so thankful that they were able to come out to my apartment and fix it as soon as possible! They were quick and knowledgeable, their confidence in their work, put me at ease!
