Thank you Juan! Our VW van broke down and Juan picked us up, directed us to an excellent repair shop (KC Tire Service), and dropped us off at the Best Western. The tow was covered by AAA, which is absolutely worth it and a great value. Kind, courteous, helpful. The world needs more Juans!

I am writing to share our fantastic experience with Danny during our recent towing need. From the start, Danny communicated clearly, keeping us informed about his arrival time. During an unexpected situation where I had to assist my elderly grandparents and leave the car, Danny was not only understanding but also ensured he would locate the car and wait for our return. His patience and support were a huge relief. Once we handed over the keys, he not only towed our car efficiently but also went the extra mile to inflate our flat tire, showed us the puncture, and gave useful repair advice. Our interaction was not only professional but also genuinely friendly. I also want to add that we had just gotten married and were on a tight schedule to catch a flight for our honeymoon. We could not be more grateful for J&D Joshua's towing. We had car troubles after driving 200 miles from home. They were just finishing helping another driver, and we approached them and explained our situation. Thankfully Juan ( I think, don't quote me) was willing to get us towed to a nearby mechanic. We had originally had a mechanic picked out. Upon the advice from Juan, he steered us clear of a potential scam. Thank you so much.

Called AAA (premier membership, 200 mile tow!) and Jonathan from J & D Joshua’s Towing arrived quickly and was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to tow my 2009 extended Sprinter RV Van to West Coast Sprinter in Salinas for repair. Why could have been a nightmare was instead an inconvenience. Dillon came to save us when we were stranded on the side of the road. I had submitted an AAA roadside request to the closest shop, about 30 miles away, but Dillon called to check in and let me know that shop only worked on semi trucks. He suggested another shop in Lost Hills, and I took his advice and called them. Just 15 minutes after my initial AAA request, Dillon arrived. He quickly got our car hooked up and safely transported us to the shop. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He made sure we were safe and comfortable, and even dropped us off at a nearby hotel while the car was being repaired. Great service and a genuinely great guy. Thank you, Dillon!
