JDR Mobile Tire Shop

Feels like a complete scam. I got support with a Tire on Thursday afternoon over the phone. I was quoted 155 to get my tire changed. He asked the size as if they were giving me a new tire. The guy came took off the Tire brought it into the van brought back what I thought was a new tire came back to my car the next day and the tire was completely flat all over again. With white stuff on the ground clearly whatever they plugged my old tire with isn’t working. I got quoted 155 paid 173, tipped an additional 20 dollars cash just to be hung up on with no conversation. Merry Christmas and I have attached the photos of Before and after. I had to pay another 60 for an actual replacement and I’m down to 50 dollars for my son’s Christmas. Don’t know how you live with yourselves but congratulations.

It was almost midnight and the rental office was closed. AAA was taking too long but JDR Mobile came through for me! Their communication (via text and phone) was excellent from start to finish!!!!! I found them via google - called and left a VM… They returned my call (within 10mins. of leaving a voicemail), arrived quickly, and got the job done in no time. Thank you so much! It goes without saying that I def. recommend JDR to anyone in need, especially in the evening when all shops in RI’s closed 😩 The entire process was stress-free… it’s exactly the kind of service you pray for when you’re in a really tough spot. Great experience! Called and they picked right up, sent out a tech within 30-40 mins, tire was fixed and back on in 30 mins of the tech arriving. Quality fast service and great pricing all from a mobile unit. Will keep this number on speed dial for the future.

They provide lowest prices around on New tires and they also offer used tires, depending on your tire size.

If I could rate 0 Starts I would, They were friendly and easy to book but their quality of work doesn’t show. Got my winter tires put on by them, come to realize that they scratched the outer part of the rim on all 4 which is very unacceptable. Contacted them to see what we can do about that situation they didn’t seem to care. Come to notice now to that a lugnut has came off a wheel which is very dangerous. Highly recommend not doing business with them.
