J&E Towing LLC

After calling around 5-6 other places that did not answer, I could not be more thankful for J&E! My two kids, dog, and myself were stuck in the McDonald’s parking lot in the freezing cold, and our driver got to us in 30 minutes. I’d like to rave about our driver, Gabriel, because he went above and beyond. He helped me grab my things from the car and load them into the truck, then hurried us to get in to stay warm. He had the heat blasting, and it was SO wonderful! He loaded up my vehicle and got us home very quickly. I’m satisfied with the pricing, the hospitality and the overall experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone I can!

I came here to service a interlock.. I refused to get my car worked on here. I suggest anyone takes serious head to my warning. This place is sketchy... really sketchy.... I wont let anyone do anything to my truck as sketch as these people made me feel driving all the way out to their sketchy place of business... it sucks we have to put out this money and lifesafer doesn't even check to see who is representing them. Im calling lifesafer and telling them the same thing. This is not cool at all.

I recently used j&e , and I was extremely impressed with their service. The team was professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process. Amazing service! The workers were super helpful and really knew what they were doing. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and made sure everything got taken care of quickly. You can tell they care about their customers. If you ever need a tow, definitely give them a call!

Around October 2024 my girlfriends sister had an accident and they towed her car me and my girlfriends mom and her went to go inspect the sisters car bringing proof of ownership papers. But as we were looking the lady was getting defensive saying we can’t touch anything and that they didn’t touch the car. They claimed that the bumper fell off “making it hard to tow it” when the bumper did not fall off they PULLED IT OFF so they could claim that it was not in working condition so they could take it, offering $100 for it, we then could inspect the car and we told them there was around $260 in the center console and they said “we didn’t see any money” but earlier they said they didn’t or couldn’t inspect the car?
