Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM FIAT Of Ontario Parts Department

I had a truck with 7000 miles have a turbo go out under warranty. I made an appointment, they took 5 days to fix, did not look the first day. They said they would pay for rental car and they won't. Get everything in writing, they are not honest. Now corporate says they will try to help. Stay away, they will lie.

Dont buy a vehicle here i bought two for my company and i can thoroughly tell you to not come here

This was a first. Make sure you read this… it explains the 5 stars. I drove in walked the parking lot, saw some cars. One was unlocked. Saw prices, got back in my car and drove away. 5 stars for the mere fact that we weren’t pressured by any sales men… no one ever came out. It was kind of nice. Now if you had questions and wanted to do a test drive… then this would be a 1 star 😵‍💫🤙

Go see David, he went over and beyond for my husband and I!!! He made the whole process so easy and streamlined, buying a car can sometimes be very challenging but it didn’t feel like that at all. I’m so happy with our new Jeep. Thank you so much David ☺️

They seem that they don't care about the customer . I had my vehicle service and the car was done the next day. No one told me until I called a week later. Guess what I had rented a vehicle that cost me alot of money. They didn't even apologize and I talk to the General Manager. Not good .
