Annoying. Waited two hours to fix my RAM Issue with USB media hub. Tech told me they could not reproduce error, bad cable, bad USB drive. These all worked perfectly for four years. Pulled out of lot and got the same error and it continues every few miles. Question to Dealer: Did you test with so-called approved cable and USB drive? And YES, i did get email to trade my RAM too. Been driving about a week since service appt with NO devices in USB ports and still get the error.

I can't stand this place. Went to get my oil change through the express lane and waited for more than an hour and it wasn't done. I will never take my vehicle again even if they will give me a free oil change.

Very nice coffee station. Many other establishments do not have such a complete set up and I appreciate this one. Also the parts department was very kind and helpful.

I went to Jiffy Lube instead and will never go back to Jeep … I had Scheduled a 6-month lube with the Jeep service dept. Prior to my appointment I received a text asking if I wanted to sell my vehicle back to them and buy a new one. I ignored it. I later got an email asking the same thing. I responded to the email that I wasn’t interested. An hour later I got a call from their sales team pretending to confirm my service appointment and then quickly going into a sales pitch for me to sell my vehicle back to them. I said no and that I was cancelling my service appointment and to stop harassing me. I then called back and cancelled my lube.
