5 stars! I had an awesome experience at Jeeps N Thangs! I needed a new tire and they answered the phone right away—super friendly and helpful. They told me to come in, and I was in and out way faster than I expected. Everyone there was kind and easy to talk to. It’s not always easy to find a shop that’s quick, professional, and welcoming, but these guys nailed it. Highly recommend!

I brought my chevy sonic there for an engine light, the shop diagnosed the vehicle as needing spark plugs, vvt solenoids, and a catalytic converter. The bill was roughly $900 dollars, my mileage was 106,437. The vehicle ran ok for a few days and started acting up again. My vehicle today has 106,620 and barely runs, it is at another shop right now, they diagnosed the vehicle and found that cyl 1 has 30lbs of compression and that the vehicle needs an engine. Meaning that all the work done here was for nothing, the shop was unable to diag a car and a simple misfire correctly. For those who done know, running a compression test takes roughly 10 minutes, while the spark plugs are out of the car it takes about 45 seconds to do. Good shop got in and out quick guys there are cool and friendly and they know there stuff not trying to push other services on you that u don't need. Talk to Alex he's the man.
