Jeff Gordon Chevrolet Service

It was time for the annual inspection and one other repair. I arrived and met with Sandy Tilghman who always is pleasant, helpful and professional. She had my car in and out in an hour. I have always been impressed by the service department at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet. I always feel confident that the work will be done right and that gives me great comfort. Last month I had a very big 140,000-mile maintenance done on my car and now it rides like a new car. Sweet!

The service department is absolutely the best place I’ve ever worked with. The management is phenomenal. The team does a video review and sends me the video with a thorough explanation of everything that needs to be done and why. Couldn’t be happier!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated as needed. I was given updates on it and was also provided a video by the mechanic doing the work. He showed me my vehicle from front to back to include the engine compartment, my brakes with the tires off, my tire tread and then the underside showing there was no areas that needed attention. This was a great service to have as a reference.
