I would not recommend this place to anyone! Don’t send your car here! They had my car for 2 months fixing just my left side fender/bumper that someone hit! I had to keep calling just to check on the status of my car! I felt like the communication was off! When I picked up my car, my dashboard looked a mess like the residue was not cleaned up and my check engine light was on when I got into my car, not one time did my check engine light come on when I gave them my vehicle to operate on. I called Cody when my check engine light came on, no response. I called Kevin the supervisor, had to leave a voicemail , no response. The communication really sucks and again do not drop your car off to this collision place . The lack of communication should be embarrassing on their end! Not once have a gott

I’m very dissatisfied, my daughter had taken her car there to be fixed because someone had hit her car and her check engine light was Not on. When she received her car back the check engine light was on she explained to them that her light wasn’t on, The manager said someone was going to call her and it’s been a week and No one is returning her call!! Please do better with your service.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL I can’t begin to describe the ineptitude of these people. I sent my car in for body repair and I regret it. Every time I’d call for an update they couldn’t really produce an answer. I was always told “by then end of the week.” Once I got my car back it was torn up. The inside was coated in a thick dust from the body work. EVERY. SQUARE. INCH. They broke my driver side sun visor! There are tool marks on the trim of my doors. My seat belt motors no longer work. My tank was on E. Oh! How could I forget that the door they worked on WON’T SHUT. Seriously go anywhere but here. ps they told me to use chatgpt if i had any questions or problems!!!!! truly idiotic.

I went here to have some warranty work done on my hood for the bubbling paint causing the hood to rust. Submitted my claim last summer and the guy Kyle who no longer works there kept telling me he would keep me updated and call me back (never did which seems to be a trend here) and was either fired or quit. Months after not hearing anything I called and asked for an update and got in touch with Scott. Although Scott was polite and professional and allowed me to go ahead and drop my Jeep off for the repair I once again kept getting the “I’ll call you back” and never ever did. They had my Jeep for over a week before I found out they had the wrong phone number in their system and yet every time I called they never thought to ask why when they supposedly called me why it wasn’t working.
